CDMA Properties was created by uniting two established property brands — DuboisSA and C&M Homes. Together, we bring over seven years of combined experience across short stays, HMOs, and long-term lets.
Founded by Celine and Mansoor, CDMA Properties is built on the belief that great property management is about people, design, and trust. We treat every property as if it were our own, focusing on creating beautiful homes for guests and tenants while protecting and growing our landlords’ investments.

We specialise in managing fully furnished serviced apartments and homes for business and leisure guests, as well as long-term and shared properties for professionals.
